Luigi`s Italian Sandwiches in Medford

Was greeted with a hearty "Howdee!" as I walked through the door today and I just wouldn't be able to say enough about the kindness and hospitality. Above and beyond. Love, Light and big Respect. (Not The Singin Cowboy but a "Zen" Cowboy nonetheless).You're beautiful...keep smilin!

This little sandwich shop is the bomb 💣 digitie. Translation: it's the best!! If you love a good sandwich, this is the place to go to. I try not to eat out much, but I can't pass this place up whenever I'm in the area. The food is first class and the staff are awesome. At lunch I'd advise you to call ahead, but they are fast. Enjoy!!!

Absolutely amazing sandwiches! The atmosphere inside is rustic and kinda dive-ish but in a very good way. Best part though are the employees. Kind and courteous! Thank you Luigi's!

Fantastic sandwich shop nice and close to the I-5 !!! GREAT place if you're tired of the usual road taco Bell blah blah, make it a point to pass by when they are open and Little B will greet you with a smile and a great sandwich 🥪 if you call ahead of time. Thanks again guys, great sandwich. Oh yeah I had cold turkey not the hot, my wife had the beef pastrami and we both shared = both awesome!!

Their garbage grinder is very delicious. When I am in Medford I try to stop there for a sandwich it's a little hole-in-the-wall but the sandwiches are very good!

YOU MUST GO.I visited NYC in the 80s and on every corner there were trucks selling Italian Sausage Sandwiches with sauteed peppers & onions. I couldn't barely get past a corner without stopping for one. I've searched for 40 years. They make ITALIAN SAUSAGE SANDWICHES like you'd find in NYC and they are AWESOME!Now I'm barely going to get past North Medford without stopping. I'm going to get so fat.

Absolutely amazing sandwiches! Not your run of the mill sandwich shop, they do specialty sandwiches. Hawaiian is the family favorite. Now... let's talk about those business hours lol. Half the time they are closed when they should still be open! I've been trying for months to get a sandwich, they are suppose to be open until 6 but alas, they kinda close whenever they feel like it. If you can go in the middle of the day, that's probably your best shot! Unfortunately I'm stuck at work until 5.

The sandwiches are the best.. it's our go to place . And everyone there makes you feel like family.. even the other customers become family waiting for lunch ....we love you guys....dont stop being awsome....

Wonderful grinder sandwiches! We stopped for the second time for lunch. We got our order in just in time because this place is so popular they got a call for 20 sandwiches for pick-up. Customers thereafter were told it would be at least 45 minute wait for their orders. Some folks were not deterred and said they would come back..I'm sure they knew their order would be worth the wait. I would suggest that during peak lunch times, they allow large order, but tell call in customers if large order they need to be called in prior to lunch hour rush... say by 11:00 am or they will have an 1.5-2 hour pick up time so they dont disappoint walk in customers. Just a suggestion...love this place and their service is excellent!

This was my second time here. This is by far the best sub place I've ever been. The Italian sausage is to die for thank you for you kindness and personality from the Florida people!

The best sub shop in Grant's pass!!! This place has been here since I was born, and always have people going though here. It's all family owned!!! With really nice service, I always tell my friends to go over here for lunch and I like about 40 minutes away. They also have pizza bread, and it's really good. But there sub sandwiches are the best around!!!!!

Convenient, perfect setting for the day's pace. Staff friendly and helpful. This tasted soooooo bomb too :) veggie sub with avacado and pepperoni

For meatball subs their really good. For cold sandwiches it was a disaster! They didn't have lettuce or vinegar, the bread was soggy when we got it and there was seriously a whole raw white onion sliced on top of everything is was insane. And the wait was forever. Maybe be back for the meatballs though....cheap meat.

Wonderful!! Bit of a wait, understandably. They're popular cuz they're so good! Those girls working are great and on the ball. They have all sanitation systems and distancing in place. I felt safe!! Then they delivered to my car which was great as I had my dogs in the car!! I tipped them very well (everyone should!) and they were super appreciative! I've loved Luigi's since the early 70's and they are not a place you say "went down hill over the years"! They maintain the same awesomeness that hooked me as a child!

Grew up eating Luigi’s sandwiches. They are my absolute favorite sub shop, and I always stop in for a Garbage Grinder whenever I’m visiting home, maybe twice lol. A fixture in the Medford community, and I’m so glad the tradition is still alive and well!

I'm new to the area and just checking out a few spots that I come across. You will not be disappointed here! There's a reason this place has been in biz for 50+years. The staff was very welcoming and super friendly. The sandwich was great! I look forward to stopping in again!

Been going here for over 40 years! Favorite is garbage grinder. Bread fresh, like the crispy crust on meats. New York pastrami, Hawaiian, ALL Delicious! Try it!

This spot is worth giving a shot. They serve large portions for reasonable rates. Regularly neat and with great mood. Will come back again.

As usual, it was MOST EXCELLENT. If there are a couple if people ahead of you, it might be a bit of a wait until you get your food, but the Garbage Grinders are WORTH the wait.

Super yummy and good service! The workers were quick and polite. I got the garbage grinder and it was delish. My husband got the Philly cheese steak and said it was delish. WAAAAAY better than Subway!!!!!

SIMPLY AMAZING !!!!! We didn't have a wait because the fair is in town . We were told it's about an hour + wait and call ins are 2 + hours. Large sandwiches and definitely worth the wait . If they had ten star choice they would be a 10.

This little spot has been serving their famous Garbage Grinders since 1969, so you know they have to be good!! The map shows places their customers have been from...just since February.The people are nice and the food is epic. You might have a bit of a wait, hence 4 stars, but I recommend calling ahead to fix that. It's a little cramped inside, but please believe me...the food is worth it!!

Damn good grinders, just wish they were open later. Hard to get there during the week since they close by rush hour so I almost never go.

There are times when we will drive 40 minutes out of our way just to get a sandwich from here. They are one of kind!

There isn't enough I could say, here you go. I'm supposed to be looking weight... A friend of mine took me there on Wednesday he said " think you might like this place."We went back yesterday.! The food is great, the customer service was great! Reasonably priced, massive portion. Plain, simple menu. I would eat there everyday if I could. But I don't think my heart would take it! Can't wait to go back. Thanks y'all!
